All our puddings are made using a tried and tested traditional recipe. Ingredients include quality dried fruit, brandy and stout. Our puddings do not contain nuts. The pudding is sealed in a vacuum pouch for long shelf life, and comes packaged in a decorative box. The Medium Pudding weighs 1kg, with 8 serves of 125g each. Best served with custard, cream, or The Pudding People’s Brandy Sauce.
