All our puddings contain traditional ingredients, including stout and brandy, and are packed full of fruit. They come presented in a decorative box, with a long shelf life. Our Peel Free Puddings use the same recipe as our Traditional Puddings, but without the mixed peel. The Large Pudding weighs 2 kg, with 16 serves of 125g each.
