Shipping Policy

Most countries offer Standard Tracked and Express Tracked services with estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

Shipment confirmation emails include tracking numbers where applicable. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Countries Without Defined Shipping Speeds

Orders under £45:
Worldwide Economy Courier (Royal Mail Economy) – delivery aim 3–10 working days to Europe and North America (Middle East, Israel, South Africa, Asia customers are strongly advised to choose tracked or express services as the delivery aim is up to 90 days for these).

Orders over £45 or tracked services:
Europe: 3–10 working days
Non-Europe: 3–14 working days (fully trackable)

Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.

FedEx Express (or equivalent) is available worldwide.

Some products can ONLY be shipped to UK addresses (e.g. pet food containing meat). If unsure, please email [email protected].

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside UK)

stichtingvolte is not responsible for customs charges, duties, or taxes applied by your country. All such fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returned Items Due to Address Issues or Non-Collection

If items are returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or unpaid customs charges, both outbound and return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

We can re-send the item, but this will incur a new shipping charge.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship worldwide including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/BFPO addresses. But please note deliveries to the Gulf countries and Israel are currently severely delayed.

FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes in the USA or Australia. Please provide a street address or choose Royal Mail tracked services.

Order Tracking

Tracked services include tracking numbers. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class without tracking do not include tracking.

Damages & Loss

If damage or loss occurs in transit, please contact us promptly.

• Damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Loss must be reported after 10 days and within 30 days of dispatch for UK orders

Please retain all packaging and provide:

• Photos of outer packaging
• Photos of inner packaging
• Photos of damaged item (minimum two angles)

International parcels cannot be declared lost until: Europe – 30 working days
Rest of world – 60 working days

Returns Policy (UK Only)

You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, unused, sealed condition.

Custom or made-to-order products are excluded. International change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after returned items are received. Postage costs are deducted unless the item is faulty.

If free delivery was originally applied and the new order value falls below £60 after returns, postage will be deducted.

Faulty items are refunded in full, including return postage (with proof of cost).

Yoto products: Warranty and repairs are handled directly by Yoto Support.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch may incur a £5 admin fee or actual payment processing costs (whichever is higher).

No admin fee applies if store credit is chosen instead of a refund.

International Returns

International orders are non-returnable unless faulty due to customs complexity.
